Your Voice

Lord I hunger for Your voice
that is gentle as the rain
but is strong enough to take
away each worry and pain.

Give me Your instruction
may I take it in stride
that You reveal Your Will
as I listen and learn to confide.

That I may stay steadfast
in the things You want me to do
leading me each moment of the day
let me be willing to persue.

For You know the plans for me
my coming and my going you see
knowing what is best then Lord
take my hand and lead.
