Blood dripping
Looks black
In the night
Fading into the ground
She beats
With her own feet
The tree shudders
With the wind
In answer.
Looking more closely
Her eyes glisten
With vengeance
But it can be seen

She's called on
The goddess
She's accepted
Her power.
Anger isn't
All bad.
