Child's Questions
Sometimes, this may seem like a form of interrogation
When one gets bombarded by a barrage of child's questions
This may often make you wonder, when and where ever
You must go to be in a position to find a relevant answer.
This child in its development, is looking for information
And as always, you may not be in a position
To put at ease, that probing inquisitive mind
Knowing full well, that you will be it source for a time.
There is nothing wrong, in not having that answer
But do not hold you head down In a defeated manner
Just see this as an opportunity to craftily initiate
That ability to research, in this both should participate.
This too will present a very opportune moment
In time both will realize that is was very significant
Spending those times, teaching and learning together
Was very instrumental in may the current bond stronger.
I have seen people, especially parents, placed in an embarrassing situation
When they were, especially in public got floored by a question
Instead of making a promise that later, they will have the solution
Willing resort to a manner that spells out admonition.
Parents remember, your child will see you are omniscient
Not realizing you are human and can have an area that is deficient
So do not show those worries, at their many queries
Just show them how to deal with these processes.
