spring don't bring me flowers anymore©
In the winter of my years
he came to me,
he brought an end to lonely tears
where grey skies used to be.
It was magical
to say the least,
my restless soul
was right then released.
Now it's spring they say
where flowers bloom&robins sing,
but my magic flew away
taking with it my everything.
When summer does arrive
with all her splendor,
no beauty will come alive
for me it's vanished forever.
The fall of my years
has come too quickly,
i again have lonely tears
till we're back together thru eternity!
