You wrote with haste to pray for you
It's been 3 years since your break through
Came to pass but yesterday
You wrote to me again dismayed
You speak of time now growing short
If just a year this fight you fought
Has come to claim what's left of you
My prayer is that it's not true
You see I've come to realize
That inside each one abides
A soul GOD placed for a short stay
To rise above what ails this day
No need to breathe for it will come
Quite naturally when we are done
With this world, this stepping stone
Where you will go, be not alone
Though pain may drag and keep you here
A better place waits, removing fear
From all that dwells inside your heart
Believe, prepare for your new start
Bring to close all things my friend
Change your heart and will to bend
Forgive all those as CHRIST forgave
Love like him in your last days
Do not put on deaths mask my friend
Speak, listen and knees yours bend
Humble yourself, accept His peace
Though you may think you're thought of least
Know this though words I write for you
There so much more all things now new
Beyond this place of no real worth
Believe, there's life beyond this Earth
This write was inspired by someone who reminded me
of prayer and hope I shared with them 3 years ago.
Though they failed to leave their name, I hope they stop
by again to read these few words. I am sorry for not knowing
your name but if i did anything to ease your pain then know that it was
not me, but my Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST that gave and will give
you breath of life in a better place and in His time. GOD bless you!
