DANGER-HIGH VOLTAGE

Consumer needs encased in steel.
Sign declaring danger
Misted over in drizzling rain,
Obscured by graffiti

People walking by bowing their heads beneath overhanging trees
They see not the absurdity of nature's sentinel towers
Guarding their consumer needs - Electricity!

When nature wants high voltage it strikes from storm filled skies.
Man, puny in this environment can only cower
As he exclaims "Danger high voltage"

He cannot encase nature in steel nor cover it in graffiti.
His basic needs, baseless in nature's environment.
He can only write 'Danger high voltage-Keep OUT!'
