THE GAMES PEOPLE PLAY

THE GAMES PEOPLE PLAY

Roll up, roll up, place your bets now
See if you can guess right somehow,
Well do you feel lucky tonight?
Don`t let the dice out of your sight.

Heart is racing as the dice is thrown
As yet the winner is unknown,
Wait `til the dice finally lands
Your luck is now in fate`s hands.

Palms are sweaty and your hands shake
Will this be your make or your break?
The dice will decide this for you
The result of which you can`t undo.

There`s many games in life we play
And we each gamble in our own way,
If we stop and think long and hard
We should always be on our guard.

You don`t need dice to gamble, right!
Crossing the road, taking a flight,
These are chances that we all take
A gamble without a sweepstake.

I know a game that is wrong
You shouldn`t string people along,
Don`t play with their heart it`s not fair
Just walk away if you don`t care.

We all play games of this I`m sure
It`s part of life there is no cure,
Just be careful which games you play
Don`t hurt anyone along the way.
