We win 3/12/2011
Timeless nights,
relentless flights,
and tireless days;
consumed inside basketball's undying rage;
through thunderous roars
they entered the court with courage,
and balls;
hooping early,
TBA 1:30pm;
1st on the court last to get off;
first game was a breeze,
glorified practice
got through it with ease;
hours of rest after the first contest;
all geared up and
ready to battle;
from the jump of the ball
it was all or nothing,
so they fought and clawed;
down to the wire
only hope was in fouling;
they miss and we push,
and one and free-throws
now we back in the mix,
tied the game with a lay-up so cris,
now just play dee and rebound their miss;
double teamed the ball
and got the steal from a pass picked;
fast break for a lay-up;
now we ahead by two,
that's it;
3,2,1 it's over
we win!!!
