We met in the pool in a castle true,
And both went swimming daily too!
So every morning and afternoon,
There he was, he made me swoon.
There was me; so hardened hearted,
Saw the tattoo and something started.
I wouldn't have spoken to him, no way,
But cos of that tattoo we spoke twice a day!
But that twice a day was only in the pool,
We met every day outside cos he was cool.
We chatted for hours on end its true,
Every chance we had, we took it too!
He was there for a mad weekend bash,
That's punky music like ‘The Clash'.
His parents were there for a holiday,
But he was there for the band, as I say.
Lucky for me seeing his mum and dad,
Cos I knew his ‘genes' weren't too bad!
It's how we treat our parents tells us true,
Of what they're like, and how he is too!
So the story went on from 2006...
We married in 2007, we have the pics!
And oh how I love him, I'm totally elated,
So no, I'm telling you, love is not overrated!!!
I'm glad he has that tattoo on his shoulder,
That's the only reason I was abnormally bolder!
We have lots in common; especially that tattoo!
Both lovers of Native Americans, its true!!
So now his collection sits next to mine,
In our lovely home, where we live sublime!
