Holding on to sweet memories
it's all I have left of you and me
but it seem like they too are slipping away,
just like that smile that use to dance across your face
You're fading from my sight, I often
wonder where you are in the middle of night.
Are you out with a mistress or are just hanging out with some friends
I don't know, but the message you send ....is whispering.......
that our love has come to it's end
I remember when you first looked in my eyes
and when you kiss me you brought my soul alive...
and now here I am today,wondering if our love is going to survive.
I never thought that love could die,but it has and it makes me cry
cause I never thought this world would have to witness, that there is no more
you and I, so I guess to these bitter sweet memories I must say goodbye
