This Has Happened
There was a time in history, when some areas in North America
Had a colony of a European country, as so was its administrator
In a process of time, this was changed, the areas formed a union
Thus becoming a very powerful nature, yes this has happened.
In previous years, many I am sure can remember that era
When USA and Russian had missiles zeroed in one each other
Then in the spirit of peace, decided it bests to have some discussion
Look at means of co-existence, with time,this has happened.
Some also thought that it would have too some form of divine intervention
To see another race, sitting in the most prestigious position
Of being the US president, no friends its not an optical illusion
In the ever present change, this has democratically happened.
Most of us perhaps sat at home, wondering about those land far away
Not being blessed with the finances, certainly will not get there
But blessed with that necessary technology, can now make the journey
This has happened even if that trip is being made electronically.
The events of nine eleven each time remembered, is a feeling so sadden
Such carnage inflicted with glee, by a man called Bin Laden
Many thought that to find him, most certainly present a problem
It has happened, now one can expect effort to avenge him.
At the moment, the world is being crippled by a recession
In some countries, people are now facing a grave situation
Even though it is rough there is still hope of a recovery
Because it has happened before, so they will ride out the period of austerity.
So when in life, no matter what is tried and it is not going right
Hang on in get some spirit and do not give up the fight
Yes there will be periods of uncertainly, sometimes virtual impossibility
But this has happened, so fight on until there is safety.
