Petes Poetry

Razor Blade Mirror (A Pretty Poor Reflection of Her)

I'll try and get it through any means.
Just gotta get some amphetamines.

It's not an addiction, it's a way of life.
Just robbed a grandma with a knife.

Don't care who I hurt, to get the dough.
Just gotta get that fix you know.

Just robbed a bloke of his heart.
He was just dumb, not that smart.

With all this intelligence I get from speed.
Just look how great this life is I lead.

I'm in need of another shot.
But desire is the only possession I've got.

Sold and ripped off all I can.
Better marry a dealer man.

He will be the perfect man to wed.
Then my addictions will be fed.

Hope he can afford my expensive taste.
Because who would want love to go to waste.
