I Wrote This Poem for the Ashton Allotment Action in the U.K.
Hello my friends one and all,
we would like you to here our call.
All of us here at the A.A.A,
Have something valuable to say.
We'd love to grow food but garden lots are small,
but our public lands can suit our call.
We can grow food where they now just grow grass,
it would be free to the community and save thousands cash.
All of the food would be grown safely.
and distributed to the public for free.
This is an action we've tried years to do,
all it takes is and ok from a few.
Each town could have their own garden land,
and the people of the community will lend a hand.
Giving free food will be our gift to our fellow man,
can any one think of a more sensible plan?
