Cause and Effect_Do Not Neglect

Arrest our hearts Oh Lord help us all to see
To search out the perfect,acceptable will of God for humanity
We're living in perilous times seeing more of the ungodly
Many seeking their own desires and not the Almighty's

Dear friends I'm not here to judge or condemn
As a watchman on the wall to warn for edification
When you love Jesus you only want to please Him
Love is His commandment for this reason exhortation is given

If the grave couldn't hold Jesus the devil can't hold you
As children of God we have resurrection power too
Because of His blood our sins can be forgiven
If we come with a repentant heart and invite Jesus in

It is our confession from the heart that sets us free
By all the words of our mouth we will receive
Jesus said all things are possible to them that believe
He also tells us to be quick to listen and slow to speak

Many people's words act as the intestinal flu
Not realizing the words they speak effect their body too
And sadly it isn't effecting them alone
They affect anyone that is in their reading or hearing zone

God Almighty framed the world by His words
Then gave us dominion as co-creators of what we've heard
So what you hear you will think and then speak
Whose framing your thoughts in your daily life_take heed

Time and time again people claim to be a christian
Yet the words they speak are bearing witness in them
For Jesus said you will know them by the fruit they bear
As a poet I see lust and lovers of this world everywhere

Words of adulterated intimacy they share
There's a time and place for intimate thoughts beware
Which is to be between man and wife God joined as one
We'll be justified or condemned by our words we are warned

Countless times I've had to turn my eyes away from
Poems written that should have remained as thoughts alone
Posting half clad women graphics with poems for all to see
Causing lustful thoughts to rise up I'm sure in many

I often wonder when they're sharing ,what were they thinking?
A picture alone says a thousand words,a fact many are neglecting
True beauty will always come from deep within,out of the abundance
of the heart the mouth is speaking
To be spiritually naked to God is a sin,
seek ye first His righteousness it is written

Do you not know...
Words and pictures provoke thoughts in mankind
There will be cause and effect by our actions
I pray these words and photos will move many to examine
Take heed of what you share and read,
Are your words and deeds bringing glory to the Almighty?

2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved,
let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit,
perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2 Receive us; we have wronged
no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.
3 I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before,
that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.

Psalm 109:17-19
17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him:
as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.
18 As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment,
so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
19 Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him,
and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

Col.3:17,23-24
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed,
do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily,
as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive
the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

2 Tim.1:13-14
13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me,
in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep
by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.

1 Thess.4:1-7
1 Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren,
and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us
how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.
2 For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.
3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification,
that ye should abstain from fornication:
4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel
in sanctification and honour;
5 Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:
6 That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter:
because that the Lord is the avenger of all such,

7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

Col.1:9-10

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it,
do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye
might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all
wisdom and spiritual understanding;
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Phil.3:1-3,18-19
1 Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you,
to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit,
and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping,
that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly,
and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

2 Tim.3:1-7
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded,lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof:
from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses,
and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

1 Tim.5:24-25
24 Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment;
and some men they follow after.
25 Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand;
and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
