Alice's Bucket List...http://alicepyne.blogspot.com/ Please everyone, go to ALice's blog!!!! It's Long; Like Alice's List! Now I saw it on Granada Reports...TV! All about your wonderful bucket list, So I decided I'd send you a ditty, To make sure there's nothing you've missed!! Now the thing is this, I have to say, I think you're really great! Strong and true, oh yes, I mean you! The kind of person that makes a great mate! So I went online and typed in your name, And there you were in your glory! Intrigued I was, and so I read... All about your bucket list story! So people listen up, okay? And get your name on that list, The bone marrow one; that is, Not one person can be missed!! So get your name down sharply, And waste not a bit of time! Put another smile on Alice's face! Cos this kid's like a star that'll shine! So then, let's get going Alice! Here is your list, you star! Starting with the marrow one as we did, Cos your name's gone wide and far!! She wants to swim with sharks, But Kenya is a dream's gone array! But don't you fret dear Alice, Cos there's lots more to do, as I say!! You want to enter a Labrador show, But Alice dear, you're not a dog? So I think we'll pass on that one! On your list, is there a frog? (It rhymed!) You're after a photo shoot, But I don't know who with, I'm thick! But 4 people plus you, I have to say, Make sure it's not on a day you're sick! Cos you mentioned that Alice, So please don't take offence! I'm just trying to bring you a smile, And so I wrote this poem...hence! Alice, what is this BFFS? Is this BFFS...is www slangs? I have to say, make sure it's a good film! I love Dracula and people with fangs! And Emma, make that mug!! And sell it on the net! Put it on Ebay, I bet you it sell's! And I hope its thousands you get! The caravan, I wish I could sort that! But I haven't one, so that's out! Unless a wonderful person out there... Can help to sort one out?! People, has anyone got a purple ipad? (I've no idea what that is though!) But anyway, Alice needs one! Has anyone got one ‘to go'? Alice, you can't train dolphins!! Flipping heck, they are too big! But I can see you flying high... As the dolphin training becomes a gig! Take That! In your eye people! Cos that would be just great! And maybe they will do it, Alice? I hope they do, and set a date! Cadbury World...what a dream! To eat chocolate by the score! Then be sick, cos you've ate too much, But don't care, and eat some more! Mabel, I don't know who that is, So I can't really add her to the rhyme, But Alice, don't you worry or fret! I can add her any time! Another chocolate dream! Oh yeah! Oh Alice, you'll soon be fat! But ooooh, wouldn't it be great! Now ‘I' want some of that!! Wigs are good, well ok, not all! I had one that looked like a rat! So I chucked it in the bin one day, Saying; ‘I aint wearing that!' Bald is good just look about! Cos not everyone has hair, it's a pain! Ooh, not have to wash and dry every day! ‘I want to be bald again!!' A back massage, yeah, that's good! Just lie there and feel the bliss, As all your aches are eased away, But make sure nothing is missed! Whale watching, ok, that's cool, But, errrrm, do we have whales in the UK? I bet they have them in America! They could send one from the USA? Now this is the list so far... But Alice, don't add too many more! Cos I have to say, this poem's too long! And I don't want to be called a boar!! I hope you get what you want! And your bucket gets emptier each day... As you achieve a dream, remove it, Until the buckets empty, then...ok, Make another list, I changed my mind! I can add another stanza or three!! And Alice, you are a shining star!!
