Her Knight in waiting
She wept and weeps for he is gone
Before her time, before their GOD
This love story where two would bond
On Earth, now Heaven keeps by golden pond
A Princess looks to skies so blue
As her heart feels in thoughts hers too
Breaks silence at times so dear
In prayers hers that quiet fears
Like he once did when he would walk
Whispered sweet nothings each time they talked
About things known just between
Two in love, a true love scene
Young not old feelings would swell
In love they fell
This fairy tale that has no end
Where days eternal in life they'll spend
She dreams of her Prince charming Ish
Her pumpkin pie she so relished
The cure for ails today now sought
Upon her mind today has brought
Though distance came leaving her here
She holds to him in dreams endeared
For patience is a virtue hers
Of him she loves, in her he stirs
Each morning when the Sun does rise
She wakes with hope and surprise
That dreams she has are realized
