Basking in the midnight rays of an ever so luminescent moon.
Swimming silent in the night of the glistening pool.
Effortlessly tranquil as if nature were her soul mate.
Free and docile she wades her way.
She stands wearing nothing but skin and her wet hair down her spine.
She turns and tilts her head to the moon as I set and wonder why.
With her long bla hair and emerald green eyes,
wonderfully fair skin, she inhales and lets a silent sigh.
A hint of disappointment travels across her face, there she falls to her knees..
Just as all seems lost, she pauses, turns, and looks toward me.
She feels my eyes upon her; frantically she dresses and stares into the trees.
She calls me out, hesitantly I dare not move.
She suspects false alarm and lowers her head unsure.
She slowly makes her way down the bank and out of sight.
An eternity passes before I dare break the silence of night.
An icy chill travels down my spine.
And my hair stands on end, unknown shes close by.
Torn from reality as I lay eyes over a silhouette.
Piercing the night sky, such Id never forget,
over my shoulder she stands, staring down at me.
And my existence breaks.
