On windy days that are not windy
I find peace when winds blow on days that are not windy
The calmness, the caress. Gently it guides us forward
Lifting not air currents, but spirits
Not of the undead kind, but of character
Sending sweet aromas of nature and life
Inhaled then exhaled, for others to share
Sounds of a healthy heart pumping thoughts
Into a healthy mind, negativity now positivity
Dents on our human soul, welded back to perfection
Like new, like soldiers returning home victorious
We gather pace in this dutiful blowing breeze
On windy days that are not windy.
