Violence unavoided...
It's brother against brother.
Disasters still occur...
One following another.
Earthquakes jolt Japan...
Twisters rip the USA.
The Mighty Mississippi
Brought another woe our way.
Alcohol and drugs
Corrupt our society.
Marriage is replaced
By immorality.
Children don't respect
Their elders anymore.
Profanity is in...
Good manners out the door.
Abortion adds a stench
That will never be erased.
The gift of life is trashed
And humanity disgraced.
Proud and pleasure seekers
Parade in each direction.
Mankind's love for self
Shuns natural affection.
God's Name is only used
As a cursing word.
To even mention church
Seems totally obsurd.
Times are perlious
Just as The Word predicts.
Satan has set up
His most deceiving tricks.
New Age religion gains
New converts by the score.
It's even walked across
Christianity's own floor.
The Middle East is like
Bombs ready to explode.
God's timepiece ticks away
Beneath this well fused load.
There seems to be a call
In each church bell that chimes.
Does anyone dare doubt
These are sure signs of the times?

"This know also, that in the last
days perilous times shall come:
For men shall be lovers of their
own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient

Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ;
and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars:
see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass,
but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes,
