Can't Break Away
O' try as I might, I can't break away
as the time now is quickly unwinding
Long chime the hours and the minutes of day
as contentedly I work unminding
The toil of this task engulfs mind and soul
that forever this is deed of passion
The time that is spent to further this goal
is not counted out in a time ration
Rather, this deed is a pleasure so pure
in determination of the winged heart
Proud and accomplished, I hold strong and sure
that from this deed I shall never depart
