Self Epitaph


I have found great humility
acquiring wisdom

Truth can set you free

I need an sabbatical excuse
beneath a rock

Happiness is found where you least expect it

I remove myself from a portrait
where there be heartache

Betrayal comes in many forms

I cannot bring joy to this stage
when I glance pompous people

I loathe the face of envy

I will one day be famous
even if but for a moment

My written obituary

I shall always think of someone
the one that I let get away

Where are you now?

I write this being suffocated
by strangulation of human life

All things wicked start from innocence

I am blind when it comes to love
A fading wishful glance

No open palm of content

I never blossomed rightfully
held back by choices

A flower trapped beneath the soil

I come to this epic reality
my life's terminology screams

The perils of indifference has buried me
