Being Obese
In some countries where the populace, had become more financially sound
One can notice how many of them appear to be packing on the pounds
Reflected by such a spreading that is viewed all around

Because an alarming percentage of the people are becoming obese

Believing in their abilities of having the power to be very effectual
So in their minds when they take that pill, thus making that swallow
