As the Wise
Once you lived in the dark,
But now filled with the light;
God helps when you embark,
With wisdom and insight.
Light gives all that is good,
And proven that is true;
Guiding you where you should,
Blocks where not to go through.
So determine which things,
That is pleasing the Lord;
And see blessings it brings,
Showing He is adored.
Stay away from darkness,
And the things that it makes;
Exposing the process,
Of your life that it takes.
It is shameful to talk,
Of others in private;
Saying the path they walk,
Takes them down the toilet.
The light exposes them,
For what they truly are;
And since God did condemn,
There is an unhealed scar.
Be careful how you live,
Not like foolish people;
But like the wise who give,
Quotes from in the Bible.
Therefore wake up sleeper,
Start rising from the dead;
For Christ is a keeper,
His light shines where He bled.
