love lessons in the sand©
I keep torturing you and myself
just walking and existing on this earth,
my pride can't stay on my heart's shelf
i gotta cry out how much he's worth.
To me he's worth more than gold
and my greatest treasure,
but in my arms i've got to hold
that priceless gem forever.
Day after day it's the same thing
there's nothing here to wake up for,
please sweet mercy end my suffering
take me to him on that peaceful shore!
We would walk 2gether in the sand
and feel it lovingly between our toes,
only the touch of HIS hand
will teach me how to live heaven knows!
