Solace
In search, for place obscured by grief
A moment yours much sought relief
To breathe if for a little while
Much need for comfort in heart beguiled
Reaching to sky as blue as you
Your soul screams out its troubles too
To one who knows what brought today
A starving child again dismayed
If just this time He answered you
Answers needed to hold unto
Solace yours would be defined
Tranquil mindset, needed divine
A breeze will blow again this day
Stroking your face, the same that plays
Each string of heart, each melody
That supports life that lives in thee
Seek peace that yearns to flow this day
Within yourself of love that plays
A different song, a song unsung
The answer yours in Truth, Gods Son
