How many nations can say with any degree of confidence?
That they have passed the worse and the recession is now at a distance
All indication, may show that this may be talking a bit too hastily
Because there may be some areas, that may be a bit wobbly.
Recently some may be shocked, on hearing this report in the news
About another country, facing some painful economic blues
Latest one to have been a number in this mass casualty
Is Greece, which seems to have been affected quite severely?
This more or less have place Europe like on an alert
This has to many of the other there, no sort of comfort
And there is much talk of debt, interest reduction as a solution
Or how much cash that is required for a buffer or a cushion.
Apart from unforeseen circumstances, have many nations
Succumbed to the whims and fancies of their populations
Who perhaps still want to indulge in foreign and expensive tastes?
No realizing this can over time case some serious financial consequences.
Look at some of those countries in the Asian Continent
These are the ones showing great economic strides and advancement
Working hard, diligence, dedication, building and increasing exports
That element of surprise is a manifestation of lots of work
