It's Time for Unity
One can be sure that all of those politicians
Who were defeated at the polls in recent elections?
May feel that they will be given another opportunity
As they may see the recession, working for them favorably
There is now such a great demand on those who are the incumbent
Comprising a somewhat very pressured government
Knowing that now it's in a term saving predicament
Hoping now for a miracle, which could be an economic stimulant.
Seeing those ominous signs, the time will come for the budget
But all those promises made, if honored, will sure incur a deficit
Knowing now that the electorate, will be waiting with expectant hope
Now this pressure has force them to make an unpopular stroke.
In opposition, they were calling for reduce taxation
Now in office an increase is a very ominous option
So they see practically, what a king once to his apparent heir said
Uneasy is the life of the one, with the crown upon his head.
Perhaps many though, that the recession cloud would quickly blow
And that the economies of the word, will slowly start to grow
But it has become worse, and it looks like a depression
Now they are in a quandary, to make a favorable impression.
But the electorate many with a higher education
Should not fall caught in this sort of political division
But many of them think only of themselves, so sit comfortably
As they sit snugly, on the bench of a political party.
So for the continuity of county and balance of payments
The people should rally behind their elected governments
Opposition too should put that hand, in critical support to the plough
Because it your country too, so try to see it through. Do it right now.
