 Promise of Dawn
A peeping light,
makes a glimpse of insight.

A day full of anticipation,
commencing this moment of inspiration.

I maintained the self-respect,
and esteem I need to protect.

I am confident in and gratified by
expressing everything I did try.

I take pleasure with innate pride
of the experience I'll never hide.

From the days gone by till this instant
My happiness so rich, and significant.

The tiny silhouette of uncertainty
overshadowed by naked authenticity.

Trusting my heart back to circulation
Am off to freedom by the onset of dawn.

Life becomes fulfilling upon recognition that every step we take, gets us closer to a
long-awaited consummation, reunion, milestone, love connection or commitment to our inner self.
It gives us a chance to reap the fruits after sowing wild oats. . .
"it's the best time to prove or redeem one's self." - - - *Pinky*
