Poetic Verses
Rage
It is sad to the behavioral sign this age
There is no doubt; it's one of such uncontrollable rage
Why are we getting ourselves in such a situation?
That the only way, to settle an altercation; is by such violent reaction.
Therefore from home even to the playground
It's like a contagious infection, making it round
So no matter what it is, even if just very slight
Tension get high and most certainly there is a fight
Remember too, it will not always end there, at that
For a while keep watching, or get someone to your back
Because you may forget it, deeming it a triviality
But the other party may not see it that lightly
Even now engaging someone in a mild conversation
Expressing views, as it your right to have an opinion
There will be facial expression, that certainly depict
That you are being disparaging and showing some disrespect
But this too has most certainly infiltrated schools
The children certainly disregard most of the rules
Teachers seem reluctant to intervene because most certainly
As they too will be injured and there is little support from the authority
This too has spilled off into the highway
Where lots of road rage is often display
Some often raise that middle finger, and those jeers
Supported by, the amount of profanity that burns the ears.
That anger burst has some people overcome
Ever would be quick to draw the gun
That discharge shot, killing, maiming or injuring
Just over an issue that was so trifling
As human why do some people show their age?
Let that sign of maturity come to the stage
What can be achieved by resorting to rage?
So try hard to turn on to another page.
