when your mind wanders off with worry:
to get depressed dont be in a hurry:
realize that no matter what the problem is on hand:
count your simple life blessings if you can stand:
you may worry right now and complain of problems of many:
just realize in a flash of a moment your problems can multiply by twenty:
when your mind does wander with worry:
meditate pause pray and get positive in a hurry:
worry will sink you to the bottom:
worry keeps you from enjoying life and having fun:
the secret to success:
is to overcome worry and depression by being your best:
in life it seems some people attain great success and so easily float to the top:
with worry and depression they do not drop:
when you worry in excess:
it zaps your life and strangles you from being your best:
when your mind wanders with worry:
it will get you down and depressed in a hurry:
dont worry be happy we are only on this earth a short while:
make yourself happy--meditate pray--relax--be positive and smile:
in everything we can only do the absolute best that we can:
with confidence and courage do your best to proudly stand:
when there is a problem stay poised and positive and find a solution:
it is then that your worry and depression becomes none:
if you worry in excess--your worry will send you to an early grave:
so get positive and proactive and your own life save:
