~Dusty Lace~
(Free Verse poem)
When the stars at night,
Melt like paper all the sun,
And shadows show their way;
The sky becomes rosy and dusty lace
And I'm lost again in dreams,
With wings adorned all in gold;
Oasis from a world filled of pain,
And dreams that can't last with the sun
As shadows gathering, show their way,
Shining with their flashing lights,
Tender dreams awaken within me;
As skies,becomes again a dusty lace.
