How Long?
How long will it last?
I cannot say......
Will it last through the night?
And carry to another day?
To say forever......
that seems absurd!
For forever is not a realistic word.
How long...so you ask?
I cannot tell......
Through times of pleasure, pain, and hell.
To say we'll never....
well, you'd be wrong!
We've already proven overstrong.
How long will you stay?
I cannot give a time......
but I am here now, and for now that is fine.
To say you need answers,
well that's just too much.
Regardless...you know,
I'll still love you and such.
