Serving choice
Fear the Lord and serve Him,
With wholeness and trueness;
Then no longer will you feel grim,
From the grace of His blessedness.
Get rid of gods from the dark side,
And serve only the Lord your God;
Keep His Holy Word as you abide,
Worship to give honor and laud.
If it seems evil to serve God,
Choose on this day who you will serve;
Maybe thinking He is a fraud,
And that I have a lot of nerve.
Even if you choose another god,
A god your father bowed down to;
I will still go honor and laud,
The one triune God that is true.
God took us out of the grave,
For an eternal salvation;
So no longer a sinful slave,
Giving life a new foundation.
So you cannot serve two masters,
It must be one or the other;
Like colliding two disasters,
With conflicting one another.
And it will stand as a witness,
In how you do truly believe;
What your real spiritual fitness,
For God in trying to deceive.
