 Excuses won't hide reality
Would you abandon your family
I won't abandon mine
My cat is part of my family
Part of me
I know she will be well taken care of
Its not enough to just know it
I have to have her
I need her warm cuddles
Everything i feel for her is precious
I need her love
I cannot live without my twilight so be it
I will wait until the council will accept her as part of my home
Or be it i shall appeal until my last breath
Dare you tell me to give away my precious gem
Yes she is an animal, but a creation of the Al-mighty like me and you
So why is Twilight not like us may you dare to think
Why don't we all just be called animals, we all think alike and eat, sleep and empty it out
We live exactly the same, animals can be independent, but the council prefer to lock them up in cages
Some think it is right to keep the streets nice and clean
Well the council don't provide enough bins and there's trash everywhere
Yet animals are always to blame and always kept in cages when many humans go scott free
Well parasites are not pretty things, neither are the germs, but still there is no need to tell me what to do or to treat My beautiful loving wonderful cat like dirt
Nothing, but Good she has been with you, she cuddles you, she purrs, and yet you say you love her, well why are you always trying to find excuses to chuck her away
