march went out with my lamb©


No peace will reign in the kingdom,
for my lamb not here to calm the lion.
But as the scripture says so much it's worth,
the meek(like i)shall inherit the earth.
And for thee who longs for peace,
one day the fear shall cease!

We were such a perfect match
so he wasn't hard to catch,
but thru the coming years
he tho meek calmed+chased away my fears.
How i remember way back when
he blew in here just like the wind:
and then....
march came in like a lion's roar
and with my lamb went out the door.
Now i'm too weak to chase away
any fears that come my way,
and when march comes back around
without my lamb no peace be found!
