I would like you all to meet Charlie
His name is not spelt C.H.A.R.L.I.E
He is Charlie spelt S.M.I.L.E.R.
And he is a little star by far.
Soon he will be eight months old
And he is just a joy to behold,
He has had it tough in this short time
At the beginning it was a hard climb.
Despite all this he smiled his way thru`
And our love for him just grew and grew,
No matter what he`ll give you a smile
And seeing this makes life worthwhile.
His eyes light up and his smile just grows
The excitement shows from his head to his toes,
One of his smiles chases your blues away
And in your heart that smile will stay.
His face is just a permanent grin
One look at him and your heart he`ll win,
You want to kiss and cuddle him tight
He is nothing but a pure delight.
Charlie the smiler is a ray of sunshine
And that smile of his is just divine,
I think his smile will be his trademark
It would light up a room even in the dark.
