When Life Fails
Beyond the knobs of doors you turn
Front and rear where fires burn
Of passion played in heart you yearn
GOD taught His will you came to learn
Rainbows come but not without
A price paid for still talked about
Yours to have but not for free
Cutting short once ecstasy
Material just like our Earth
Seems today again will birth
Another thought losing interest
Net worth, worthless once so insistent
We count our coins but not our blessings
In sin we fail much worse confessing
That if we tried and in good faith
This part of us could be our fate
A better day shall come and take
A better you the greater stake
To bring a change unto your world
And those of others considered Pearls
You see if you looked once again
You'd see the strands that make and end
Conflicts upon the path you walk
Placed to heal a world that balks
Together pearls make more the better
Peace upon a world like sweater
We'd wear so well these storms within
Our soul to sow weeding out sin
Today maybe you'll come across
One needing like you once lost
A chance to help when life does fail
Another soul to help prevail
Upon doing you won favor
Of CHRIST you sought who's now your savior
For life falls short without Him
Who took mans fall and too their sins
