ring the saving bell©
I was listening to His voice again
on the answering machine 3 times it played,
the urgency that came with it and then
i knew a message it conveyed.
The message is that i was meant to be here
to take care of myself and things,
until then He will be waiting have no fear
when Heaven's ready for me i'll get 3 more rings.
Well i pondered how will i tell them apart
from other 3 rings that chime,
it's simple i'll finally hear music and in my heart
i'll know that it's my time!
So naturally i sit by the phone every single day
waiting and listening so impatiently,
but still i hear no music play
and from hearing no music for so long....
i hope i don't go deaf till it's time for me!
