My Love

Here I sit alone again in the darkness of my room
Staring out the window looking up at the moon,

I remember the sound of your soft voice
As you whispered I love you in my ear,

The gentle way you would take my hand
To let me know you are here,

How I long to hold you in my arms
To feel your warm embrace,

As I gently caress the softness
Of your beautiful sweet face,

To taste the sweetness of your kiss
As we become one in our moment of bliss,

I would give up everything I have
For us to be together again just like this,

Now all I have is the memory of how things used to be
When you were here by my side loving me,

The days pass by so quickly
Time has not healed my broken heart,

My love for you is eternal you are forever my Sweetheart,

Here I sit alone again in the darkness of my room
