There was once a little frog
A very round little frog~
Always smiling to himself
Sitting upon a lilly near a log~
He looked the funniest frog
And sometimes a little silly~
As he sat holding up a long blade
of grass
And he sat not moving upon
that lilly~
all the other frogs they laughed
at him
They thought he used it for
an umbrella~
And they'd swim past and call
him names
Or yell..How ya going now ay fella~
But this little frog was not silly
Can you ever imagen why?~
Every now n then on that blade
of grass
Would land a fat and tasty fly~
He would grab it ever so swiftly
And then gobble it up real fast~
Getting himself all ready for the next
Fat and tasty fly to land upon
that grass~
He might have looked a little stupid
And they might have called him silly~
But he was the best ever little from
In that whole patch of lilly~
