347. PostSecret
(inspired by the work of Frank @ PostSecret.com)
Little Postcard
Sent with
Trepidation
And hope.
Hope that
It will be
Seen
Heard
Understood…
Felt that
If shared
Then one
Won't be so
Alone anymore.
A secret shared
Finds another
Who thought
No one else
In the world
Felt like
They did.
Then are
They really
Alone?
There is
Such courage
And bravery
In such
A 3 x 5 space
Sent to
A mailbox
In Maryland,
His wife soon
Realizes they
Can never
Move.
My secret
Is that I
Sent a secret
That wasn't mine.
But does
It matter?
If it touches
Someone?
A secret
Is a secret.
One shared
Is a
PostSecret.
