An Autumn Evening

Autumn has arrived, and the evening has come,
The moon is closer to the earth, and is like an
opal sitting patiently in the sky.
It is very dark, and minor is the cloud.
The grass is moist and nourished by the moisture the
air carries. The noise is mute and all is peaceful.
A slight chill taps me on my back, sending a slight quiver down my neck.
All the creatures are resting.
All is fresh and dewy.
