An Angel Mother 's LoveWhen I was little and fell and got hurt My mom would run to my side She would hold me it was OK to cry I was the child, She was the mom She would wipe my tears And would hold me tight Made sure I was alright Letting me know she cared I didn't second guest, If I was loved Has if she had wings Her loving arms like features Embraced me so gently and Kind has a dove Yet strong and wise has the eagle, In her I saw the invisible God works miracles I knew I was loved By an angel Never reasons to doubt I still don't even today When she gone to heaven That's how I know I was held by an angel Not sugar coated Like many mother today You get hurt to bad to sad Your on your own A bubble gum candy Should do it they so busy I watch observe in dismay This sad heartbreaking New trend yet a reality And I pray For every child Deserves to be loved nurtured Covered not sugar coated She covered with her love If you had such a mom You too were blessed To be held and covered By an angel mother Copyright:9/15/2011 Juliette Girard Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
