From the bottom up,

It's a long ways down,
But time does stop,
When ass hits the ground.
We have all fallen,
Or will fall pretty soon.
Some are so high up
That they fall from the moon.
But you gotta pick yourself up,
And keep right on steppin'.
Arm yourself--determination's
Your only weapon.
Don't pass the blame,
Or make up excuses.
Have some determination
And explore its uses.
Let nothing or nobody
Stand in your way,
If you slip, get up
The very next day.
Trust in the Lord,
Walk in His shoes.
You'll get your come ups,
When you've payed your dues.
Keep your head up,
Maintain your self pride,
Let your own mind
And righteousness be your guide.
Opportunity will present itself,
In and on its own time.
For you can fall or rise
With no reason or rhyme.
Be yourself,
And be proud of who you are
And follow your own dreams
And you'll go so very far.
For without dreams
And no imagination
You can't build the train
To catch at the station.
So just remember,
