Discovery of the Self( Part 1)

Looking back and looking ahead
To the yet unknown that is to come
Defining the self all through life
Every plant, flower, animal touched
And being shaped by the surroundings
And  being  defined  in  shapes
like  water  takes  shape.

Exercised by the responsibilities
     Continuous choices
     Process of defining the self.

Being defined by the values
   For which we are standing
       And for independent choices
           That makes us different.

Not feeling bad about the self
          Being silenced, analyzing we have made.

Life is polar in nature
      Darkness and light, Success and failure
      Integration of moments
     Initiated at the birth lasted on the death.

Did we made a bridge
        Rather than a wall?
Did we made a bridge
        To the inner world of own spirit
        Rather than mortal world?
Did we chosen light
        Rather than within light, lying darkness?
Did we chosen flower
        Rather than bush of thorn on which it grown?
Take the charge of self
        On the way   to discovery of the   self.

When you were dreaming at night
          In the morning you knew
          About the dream.
Whatever you were doing in the dream
  Was a truth for dreaming
  And false for the awaken.
In both, you were present,
Who is holding memory?
Who are you?

Apart from truth or false,
Darkness or the light,
Sorrow and happiness,
Success or failure,
Know, who are you?

Separate the darkness of ignorance
Unleash your mind rising
Keep the faith on self,
On the way to
       Discovery of the self.

On the dark streets,
Candle light and blowing air,
Dancing flame to survive.
As time goes by
Candle let her melt
To defeat air and lit the darken street
  On the way to discovery of the self.
