Today's Poetry
His Mighty Tower
~ms~
Dark storm clouds march across the sky,
Like an all encompassing army, as far as
The eye can see, seemingly unstoppable
Yet I have naught to fear, for
Thou art ever near to me, I
Run into you and I'm saved
I'm sheltered within
The impenetrable walls,
Of thy mighty tower
I can no longer hear
The wind howl
Or the thunder roar
I do not see the
Lightning flash,
Across the blackened sky
For I now rest in
The shelter, of thy
Untouchable tower
My eyes shall not behold the fierceness of
The storms wrath, I shall lay me down and
Sleep in peace, Until the storm doth pass.
