The Lamb

"We had all gone astray like sheep, all following our own way; But the LORD laid upon him the guilt of us all.Though harshly treated, he submitted and did not open his mouth; Like a lamb led to slaughter
or a sheep silent before shearers,he did not open his mouth." (Isaiah 53:6-7)

Blood dripping
On Holy Ground in Mt. Calvary,
Pure Heart radiating
Quietly, Abound with grace and serenity

Like a fragrant incense
In a burnt offering,
There He was-
So gentle, and forgiving

Behold the lamb
that was slain,
He never held back
but humbly endured the pain

He opens His arms wide
He loves us so much that He died ....

Praises we sing
Of joyful thanksgiving
Alleluia to the Lamb,
Our Savior, our King!
