 JANET'S PLANET

Broken Heart

Photobucket

Sun peeps through rain
Does not lift her pain

Tears roll down her face
She feels like a disgrace

No matter how bright the sun glows
Her tears like a river overflow

Sadness deep inside
In her broken heart resides

Holding on to the ledge
One slip and she's over the edge

Crumbling and falling apart
Depression and loneliness hide in her broken heart

Birds tweet the same sad song
She feels everything she does is wrong

Her broken heart is in a recession
She feels nothing but depression

Friends no longer around
Her broken heart has fallen on hard ground

No hope for tomorrow
Living alone in sorrow

Like Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall
She had a great fall

Broken heart pain buried deep within
Feels like she can never be put back together again
