you saved my life,
One cold winters night.
We were all alone in the house,
When a stroke nearly took me out,
You was so brave and mature,
although it must of been frightening for one so young.
You acted wise beyond your years.
You did exactly what needed to be done.
You raised the alarm,
But stayed cool and calm.
only eight years old,
What a story you have told.
Taught me my life's worth living if only for you,
My darling brave,dear daughter Shannon-lou
I love you my angel,
My hero my life.
You know so much about whats wrong and right.
Where did you learn to be so brave and mature.
you couldn't of got that from me i am sure!
This poem is specially written for you,
to remember that Christmas eve
when my time was nearly up, but you came to my rescue
I LOVE YOU! BABY GIRL, not just my special daughter but my hero too xxx
