 Consumed Of Fire
Photobucket

The days of old have passed us by
As too the nights where once our high
Was that of substance of abuse
On soul we turned to waste, refuse

We chased the world that leaves nothing
Instead of grasping love, something

Something of worth which starts with you
In Gods eyes your part to use
As life falls short but not with Him
Eternally fire within

Inside a soul seeks answers to
Of many things upon it drew
A circumstance that haunts our being
A place we feel but fail in seeing

There is no fire of this Earth
That knows your name and true net worth
Fire that roars with flames if sought
That burns with Amber's if you it caught

Like light you'd shine to light the world
Burning of truth, wisdom an like The Pearl
GOD would shine and make you whole
A sight to see, precious, behold!

He cannot make you burn of this
Fire, His, no waiting list
Just ask and see as change will come
To break the chains of what's become
